SUBMITTAL DEADLINE
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021:
This is the deadline to submit your renewal applications to the UMVPC.
Common mistakes:
1. NOT including the renewal fee.
2. Bond & Insurance must reflect EXACT NAME & ADDRESS. MUST show coverage for 2022 or 2023 (if it's a two year bond).
3. Certificate of Good standing (obtained from the Oklahoma Secretary of State) Not needed if you're a Sole proprietor.
4. Dealer must sign sales person's application & have it notarized.
These mistakes can be avoided by carefully reviewing the instructions & your documents before you submit them.

The Used Motor Vehicle & Parts Commission is soon transitioning to a new system that requires all dealers to have a valid email within our system. If you are unsure of the email you have on file or you do not have an email on file, please let us know your preferred email for your dealership as soon as possible.
