Now introducing: AI AT WORK 🪄

Our team is passionate about exploring the numerous applications and transformative power of AI. Aside from AI solutions that we build, we are constantly evolving and utilizing a diverse set of tools available.

Brian (P2 Software Engineer) utilizes Github Copilot (Microsoft) for explaining lines in programming languages that he doesn’t know or deal with often enough to remember exactly what the line of code does.

“Often this will help me keep momentum without the disruption of pulling up documentation as I review code. I still double check certain answers AI gives based on my knowledge of how software languages typically work, how they evolve, and how code can be interpreted differently depending on how it's used in a specific context of a program.”

Meet Chris! Our latest addition to the team. Chris was able to visit our home office in Oklahoma City this month to onboard although he resides in New Jersey. We are happy to have him!

Phase 2 Family Fun Night 2024😎 ☀️ We enjoyed good food, competitive games of pickleball, and catching up with each other while the entire team was in town last month.

Intern Highlight: Emma Hedgpeth | Marketing & Communications Intern | Emma is a student at University of Oklahoma and is originally from Bulverde, Texas. We love having her on the team this summer!

Summit 2.5 was a success! Our crew of 80+ including engineers, designers, project managers, and more from over 13 states were able to gather in Oklahoma City for 2 days of collaboration, competition, and fun.

We spent this time…

- Split up amongst our client teams, working toward our clients’ goals.
- Meeting as “owners” for an educational session on our recent conversion to an Employer Stock Ownership Program.
- Playing pickleball and socializing at Chicken N Pickle for Family Fun Night.
- Competing in a team-wide hackathon with the goal of creating the most accurate RAG pipeline, and improving our capabilities. (Congrats to our winners!)

We want to thank our team for their dedication and the impactful time together in-person. Now we start the countdown to Summit 3.0 at the end of the year!
