Vox Printing’s annual Paper Giveaway is coming!
Friday, August 2nd from 8:00am - 1:00pm (or until supplies run out) at 4000 E. Britton Rd., Oklahoma City, OK.
We love supporting our schools and teachers, and hope to assist in creative and educational classroom needs. It’s our small way of saying 'thank you’ to all the dedicated educators!
FREE paper and other items include:
• Sheets of paper
• Rolls of paper
• Poster Board
• Roll cores and more!

Position: Accounts Receivable Associate
Part Time
Approx. 9:30am – 2:00pm 5 days a week

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent
Detail oriented with numbers
US work authorization

Vox Printing is an Oklahoma City based company that was founded in 1971. We produce packaging and printed products for many of the largest restaurant chains in the US. We are growing and are looking to add another great person to our team!

A/R role:
1. Receive and deposit checks
2. Post payments to customer accounts
3. Record and balance daily postings
4. Batch and store checks daily
5. Maintain aging – collections calls – overpayment refunds
6. Maintain accounts on hold
7. Process refund requests
8. Maintain deposit log monthly for bank reconciliation
9. Process credit cards
10. Maintain credit card machine – supplies, updates, troubleshooting, etc.
11. Work with CSRs on short pays or customer disputes

Additional Essential Skills:
1. Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
5. Self-driven, able to accomplish tasks independently
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high level of accuracy
7. Effective verbal and listening communications skills
8. Outstanding organizational skills, time management and written communication skills

We are always excited to host the annual Cub Scout Twilight Camp on our property. There were 217 people total utilizing Vox facilities - 132 Cub Scouts, 74 Adults, 4 Youth Volunteers and 5 Adult Volunteers. So glad the kids got to enjoy our waterslide!

In-N-Out held it’s 3rd annual 'No Delay 5K'! It was a fundraiser for Slave to Nothing that In-N-Out started to fight human trafficking and help assist individuals and their families to gain freedom and healing from substance abuse. 2. Conduct new employee assimilation tasks on 1st day
3. Organize new employee assimilation program/buddy program
4. Organize and train DiSC survey results
5. Organize Life & Lunch events
6. Organize self-help sessions once a week
7. Organize safety quizzes once a month
8. Conduct exit interviews

Vox Printing was proud to host Twilight Camp for the local cub scout district. 99 scouts enjoyed games, activities, learning new skills and the water slide. The fire department and bomb squad truck also stopped by to share with the scouts how they help our community! Thanks to all the volunteers, parents and scouts for making it great!

About 50 employees at Vox participated in the In-N-Out Burger No Delay 5K! The 5K raised money to bring awareness and help to victims of Human Trafficking and those struggling with Substance Abuse. Thank you to all who participated!
