Barback and Door Personnel responsibilities may include:

• Assist with opening and closing duties (prep food, restock dishes, mop floors, clean surfaces)
• Keep bar well-stocked with ice, glasses, fruit and beer.
• Change out kegs when needed.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing glassware, cleaning coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash cans.
• Prep and cook food orders.
• Wash dishes as they come in.
• Check IDs
• Monitor occupancy to not exceed the capacity

Bar Back and Door Personnel requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age
• Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations calmly and rationally
• Responsible, punctual, hard-working
• Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods
• Shifts will include some weeknights, holidays, and Friday night and Saturday night
• SEP IRA for eligible employees
