Online Scheduling

Please be patient with the link to the pet portal. I will have to send the link individually to the ones that haven't gotten it yet. That will take some time, if i find a way to post the link on here i will do that instead. Just give us some time and make sure you have an email on file. Also don't forget to check spam as well if you haven't already. Thank you!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Pet Portal!!! Just so you know, you can ONLY request tech appointments on Rapport. Tech appointments are done by the techs and assistants. Which means they WILL NOT see the doctor. If your pet needs seen by the doctor then you will need to call the clinic to get an appointment with the doctor. Tech appointments are used for nail trims, a**l gland expressions, allergy injections, vaccines, lab work etc.

We have a new reminder software. Called "Rapport" That allows you to have a "Patient Portal" which allows you to schedule online for tech appointments. Even request prescriptions and send us messages! It is really cool feature we are excited to use and make communication with you guys a lot easier!!!

There will be a link to the app in the email that was sent to everyone. If you don't have a email on file with us just call us and we can add it to your account so you can start using the new Patient Portal Feature!
