Miraculously, I love to cook! I think it has more to do with seeing the faces of your family and friends light up and that warm and fuzzy feeling that you get in seeing them enjoy a meal, seriously. One of the key factors for me in maintaining this passion is organization. Organization of tools, spices, etc. The more accommodating, the more creative I find I can be without becoming flustered. We are rapidly approaching the official start of Summer here in Central Florida and with that said, heating up an oven indoors or having four active burners roaring while trying to be conscientious of power consumption can be counter-intuitive at best, so outdoor cooking to the rescue!!!
