1/2 Avocado (mashed)

1 Cup of baby Spinach

Directions:
Sautee 1 cup of baby spinach in a pan with avocado oil, toast two slices of sourdough bread and cook 2 eggs to your liking. Spread the mashed avocado on the toast and top with the baby spinach and eggs.
