Soul Fly Yoga

s how I want you to feel about Yoga. I want it to make your heart and soul shine. I want it to help you through your best and worst days. Connecting your breath with your entire being while adding movement to release your worries, bring in more happiness, and empower yourself for anything that lies ahead. Before Yoga came into my life, I was a very competitive soccer player and ran consistently 3-5 miles a day. I pounded out my frustrations on the pavement, but was never able to really let anything go. Four years ago, I started practicing ButiYoga. I instantly fell in love and 4 weeks later was certified and teaching, loving every minute of movement and dance, plus amazing fierce lady friendships. I found that after a long work day as an RN working with cancer patients, I needed something to lighten my soul. So in addition, I added meditation, massage, and Hatha yoga to my routine. I can’t explain what a difference it made in my life. I was hooked and my soul kept longing for more Yoga knowledge. Consequently, I attended the 200hr. RYT at Firefly Yoga and my thirst for sharing this amazing practice grew even greater. When I’m not at the Yoga Studio, I can be found basking in the sun somewhere, taking road trips and camping in my classic VW Bus with my husband and 14 year old son, digging in my garden, or “resting my eyes” – otherwise known as napping. I can’t wait to meet you in class and help you on whatever life journey you may be traveling.
