This guy right here is one of the great ones. My friend, my brother, my training partner. I am so happy for him and all the things he is accomplishing. Professor Marcos did amazing out at the IBJJF Orlando Open winning some great matches in route to the finals. I am so blessed to train with you and I can’t wait until IBJJF M/S Worlds where we both get to compete together and represent Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kronos BJJ together. I will always climb that mountain with you my brother until we reach the top!!!!

I seriously had an amazing time tonight cross training with an incredible group of people. It was so much fun sharing Jiu Jitsu with people from many different academies in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue and KC. I want to thank Christian Hidalgo and Emily Coleman for coming up from KC and getting a group of friends together. I want to thank Efren Alejo and Kristine Reh for brining a great crew of ladies to come and train. It was amazing to see a room full of ladies from all over working together to get better at our amazing art. Thanks Byron and Brit from Council Bluffs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy for coming over and sharing the mat.

I will be back and there WILL BE open rolls tomorrow as normal.

Seriously what an amazing night at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our fortress is unbelievably strong because we focused on an incredible foundation long ago. So blessed to get in some solid rounds with Dominic Rasmussen today. He definitely made me better. I am still trying to recover from open gym this morning at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Great seeing the guys from Bellevue Academy BJJ that joined us. Let’s go guys 48 days left.

I can not describe how blessed I truly am to be a part of these amazing little champions Jiu Jitsu journey. I live for days like these at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We have come so far at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and yet we still have so much more to accomplish. Congratulations to Jason, Marcos, and Josh who received their 1st degree on their Black Belts. Seems like the other day when we were all training together as white belts. LFG!!!!!

Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu crew, due to the excessive heat today classes at 4pm 5pm and 6:00pm will be NOGI.

I made every excuse that I could today because I just didn’t want to train. I told myself I could work harder tomorrow. I told myself I had other things to do. I did this all the way to and even in the gym parking lot.
Then I reminded myself that my competition isn’t taking the day off. I reminded myself that rent is due everyday. It wasn’t the toughest workout but I got it in regardless. 69 DAYS TO GO!!!

I want to post something cool but I can’t. I am too tired. I trained my ass off today at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 70 days left and I WILL BE ready.

Fun class today with the best kids program around. No but seriously Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has the most accomplished kids program around. Way to go guys!!!!!!!

I got better today at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I wasn’t even planning on training that hard today but I remembered that I have 71 days and I won’t waste an opportunity. I will be at my best when the day comes.
LETS GOO GUYS. Get in at 4pm or 6pm tonight or get out to Bellevue Academy BJJ for the 7:30 class.

Dang it was hot 🔥 in the academy today but we still were in Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Bellevue Academy BJJ putting in work. 72 DAYS LEFT and I don’t intend to waste a single one of them. LFG!!!!
