📸 Attention photographers!! Our booking website will go live TONIGHT at 7:00pm for fall and Christmas mini sessions! Please read this post in its entirety before booking.

‼️For individuals wanting to take pictures of their family with their own photographer, we have one spot available each afternoon from 3:30-5:00. Please note that this spot is not for photographers to conduct mini sessions.

**Terms & Conditions**

📷 Photographer Limit: A maximum of 4 photographers are allowed per morning and 4 photographers per afternoon.

🌲 Assignment of Rows: Each photographer will be assigned 3 specific rows for photography. Each photographers spot will be marked. Photographer to remember which spot they were assigned booked.

⏰ Booking Details:
- Half-day bookings are available in two slots: 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Photographers with morning sessions must leave by 11:30 AM.

💵 Pricing:
- Half-day rate for morning: $100 per photographer.
- Half-day rate for afternoon: $150 per photographer.

📷Family Photography Fee: Families taking their own photos will be charged $50. We have one spot available for families 3:30-5:00 every day of the week.

**Booking Deposit:**
‼️A $50 deposit is required per booking for photographers.
- Remaining balance is due day.
- Multiple bookings require a deposit for each spot.

**Props and Decorations:**
🛷 Props are permitted as long as they don't damage trees or involve confetti.
- Larger props (e.g., sleds, hot chocolate stands) require approval beforehand.

🗑️ Clean-Up Responsibility:** Photographers must clean up after their sessions.

🐶 Dog Policy:** Leashed dogs are permitted; owners must clean up after their pets.

🌧️ Rain Policy:**
- In case of rain, sessions will be rescheduled for another weekend or Monday-Thursday.
- If rescheduling isn't possible, deposits will be refunded.
- No preemptive rescheduling based solely on forecasts.

🚫Cancellation Policy:** Clients can cancel up to 3 weeks before the appointment for a deposit refund.

**Client Conduct:**
- Photographers are responsible for their clients' behavior.
- Complaints about client behavior will result in warnings; repeated issues may result in dismissal from the farm.

**Prop Rental**: One a prop is rented, the responsibility for its upkeep and care falls on the renter. Upon the conclusion of the rental period, the renter is obligated to return the prop to the owner in a condition that matches how it was before the rental.

Frequently asked questions and what to know.

🌲 Trees available-we primarily have Murray X (similar to Leyland Cyprus), a few Carolina Sapphires, Virginia Pine and White Pine available; in addition to, precut Fraser Firs.

🎄We provide saws for you to cut your own tree, or one of our helpers will cut it for you.

🍔 We will have outdoor seating to enjoy relaxing and eating fresh food from our vendors.

🐶 Please no dogs, only service animals.

🎄 Each tree purchase will receive a free ornament, while supplies last.

🍫 We will also have complimentary s’mores for roasting at our fire pit, while supplies last. Along with coffee and hot chocolate.
