At a market-leading chocolate manufacturer in Switzerland, REA was tasked with finding a marking solution to mark on their high-speed flow wrap packaging line.

The multi-talented REA JET UP (Universal Print) is a rugged high-resolution inkjet printer based on piezo technology.
It marks without contact not only on absorbent surfaces such as paper, cardboard or wood. Even on smooth substrates such as painted and lacquered cardboard, it prints alphanumeric texts, 1D/2D codes, graphics, company logos or product images reliably and with high contrast.

In this application a cement producer required the best before date and batch information to be visibly printed directly onto the cement paper bags as they moved down the production line.
