Ingredients:
—1/4 cup crushed roasted nuts of your choice
—2 cups rolled oats of your choice
—1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
—1/4 cup dried fruit of your choice
—1 tsp cinnamon
—1/2 cup nut-based butter or sunflower seed butter
—1 tsp vanilla extract
—1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions:
1. Prep and mix dry ingredients: Crush the nuts and add them to a big bowl with your oats, chocolate chips, dried fruit and cinnamon and give them a good stir to combine.
2. Add in the sticky ingredients: Add your nut or seed butter and vanilla then stir. The mixture will be thick and a bit dry. Next, slowly add the honey or syrup a bit at a time, mixing with a spoon (or your hands) between pours. Adjust the amount of honey/syrup until you have a thick batter that holds together (but isn’t sticky).
3. Chill, roll and freeze: Place your batter in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes then simply roll it into 1-1.5” balls. Place them on a cookie tray or baking dish lined with parchment paper and put them in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes until they harden.

💭 If your mixture is too wet, add more rolled oats, chia or flax seeds and/or protein powder.

In fact, he says one of the things people are most surprised to learn about his job is all the different levels of support academic counselors provide during the entire Phoenix journey.

What’s YOUR secret superpower and how do you use it at work?

Spoiler alert: It’s TRUE! 🍇🍬✨ Simply coat grapes in your flavor of choice for a deliciously sweet study break treat. Show us some of your favorite fruity creations!

Ingredients:
—1 1/2 lb. green grapes (they contain nutrients that boost brain health!)
—1/2 lemon
—1 package cherry gelatin (3 oz.)
—1 package orange gelatin (3 oz.)

Instructions:
1. Empty each gelatin packet into its own gallon-size resealable plastic bag.
2. Remove grapes from stems and rinse in a colander, shaking the colander to remove any excess water (grapes should be damp, not dripping wet). Squeeze lemon juice over grapes and toss with your hands so that all the grapes get lightly coated.
3. Place a handful of grapes in each bag of gelatin, seal, then shake to coat.
4. Remove from resealable bags and serve.
