Author James Patterson has an Independent Bookstore Christmas bonus program. Each year the program selects 600 booksellers to receive this gift.
This bonus can be HUGE for booksellers, since selling books is often more about the love of books and the mission to put the right book in the right lap. Very few of us make any kind of money doing it.
