Early Head Start Home Based Program serves more than 80 women, infants and toddlers in Lee and Russell Counties.
Services include, Parent Support and Education and Early Childhood Development

ACHR's Emergency Services Program has ended its 2022 Heating Assistance Program. Our 2022 Cooling Assistance Program will begin June 7th. Beginning June 6th, clients may begin making appointments through our Appointment Scheduler: 334-246-5266 or online at www.achr.com. After scheduling an appointment, clients may upload their documents through our Assistance App at LITT Lite or drop off their documentation at one of our designated drop boxes. Clients that do not make an appointment cannot be assisted.
