Through MDD (Music, Dance, and Drama) at Living Stones Christian School, students are learning how to play traditional Ugandan instruments, learning traditional dances, and learning acting skills. This summer, LSCS students competed in their first competition and won third place out of 8 schools that participated!

Here's a message from LSCS Headteacher Lubangakene Godfrey: “We are seeing that God is doing a lot and we are so thankful for the donors for what they are doing. We are praying for them and know they sacrifice to help us here. When I look at the community, I see so many changed lives through the gospel and such a change from where our community once was. The school is offering a new hope for the children and their families, and it is exciting. They are learning about God who will stick with us and abide with us. We feel God is doing so much as the children learn their Bible truths from loving teachers. May God richly bless all who support the ministry.”

This month please pray for the Karamojong tribe of Uganda, numbering 724,000, who are engaged with the gospel yet unreached.

Using an integrated Christian curriculum designed especially for Ugandan children, Living Stones Christian School is providing a top-quality education for its students with a Christian worldview.

LSCS began in January of 2016 with 2 preschool classes for students aged 4 and 5. The first year was a huge success, and enrollment the next year increased dramatically from about 35 students to over 90. Today there are about 370 students. Please continue to pray for LSCS, the students, and the staff.

This summer we’ve been so thankful to have several short-term mission teams travel to Abaana’s Hope to serve and encourage the Acholi people. Here are some photos from their mission trip!

Last month, 8 interns traveled to Abaana's Hope to spend 40 days in the field serving and ministering to the Acholi people. Please continue to pray for our interns – Abi, Anthony, Corrin, Gibson, Lauren, Luis, Lydia, and Rena.

Is God calling you to ministry? Four Corners Ministries needs more long-term missionaries to join the harvest at Abaana’s Hope. We ask you to please pray for a family, retired couple, or single person to join God’s mission to reach the people of Uganda with the gospel. Please talk with your pastor to see if there is someone that God is drawing to make disciples among the nations at your church. We are grateful for the missionaries that He has brought to Abaana’s Hope, and we trust that He will call more to join us in the harvest. We ask you to join us in praying that God will speak to the hearts of those he wants to come and make disciples among the Acholi people at Abaana’s Hope.

Happy Father’s Day! We thank God for fathers all over the world and for the roles He gave them to love, encourage, instruct, and discipline their children. As we celebrate our fathers today, let us also honor our Heavenly Father. Psalm 103:8-13 says:

“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.”

The Child Development Program at Abaana’s Hope is designed to assist vulnerable children in realizing their full potential in Christ, in the home, and in the community. We are so thankful for all our CDP sponsors. Through these sponsorships, 69 children are provided with a scholarship that provides for their educational, spiritual, and physical needs.

This month please pray for the Tara Baaka tribe of South Sudan, numbering 44,000. This tribe is unengaged and unreached with the gospel.
