From homework help to crafts and group activities, the Youth Center of Orange partners with the City of Orange to offer a sensational after-school program at no cost! Attention Pickleball Lovers! We are excited to announce Open Gym Pickleball at the Sports Center at Grijalva Park is expanding to each weekday, Monday – Friday, starting this week! 🙌🏻 Join us weekdays from 8:30am to 11:30am. Open Gym is a drop-in program and costs $2 per day 🧡

🎥 Movie in the Park! 🌳 Join us on Friday, September 22nd, for an evening under the stars ✨ at El Camino Real Park, for a family fun movie night featuring The Nightmare Before Christmas! The event is free and open to the general public. Free glowsticks for youth while supplies last. Light concessions will also be available for purchase from OC Ice Cream Truck 🍦 See you there! 🧡

Volunteers wanted 🍊

Join us at either Hart Park or Yorba Park 🌳 on Saturday, September 23rd from 8-10:30 a.m. to help protect our natural greenway and keep our trails clean by removing trash and debris from Santiago Creek which runs through Orange 🧡

All volunteers are required to check-in ✔️and sign a waiver, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The City of Orange will have operators available to take your calls and reports of non-emergency storm incidents. Should you need to leave a voicemail with the Non-Emergency Storm Incident Hotline, please clearly identify what the storm related issue is and it’s exact location. Additionally, non-emergency storm incidents can also be reported via the Orange 24/7 app. To access Orange 24/7 online or information on how to download the Orange 24/7 application, please visit www.cityoforange.org/residents/orange-24-7. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 for an immediate response.

🎸Last week’s 90’s throwback with the 90’s Rock Show was awesome!

🎤Join us tonight at Grijalva Park for our last Concert in the Park with an Orange favorite, Stone Soul! 🎶

🎵Concert begins at 6:30 p.m. Grijalva Park is located at 368 N. Prospect St., 92869.

🌞 Concert will take place on the open field closest to the playground. ⛱️ For the viewing pleasure of all in attendance, umbrellas and canopies will need to be lowered or relocated to the outskirts of the field prior to the start of the concert.

Thank you to all who contributed to our Sunny Days Teen Summer Camp this year! 🙌🏻 From special guest speakers to memorable tours and service projects, our Teens had a wonderful experience. We hope to work with such a great group of people again next summer! 🍦

Our next Pups in Orange Parks is Getzy 🐶 He is a 16-month-old pug named after Anaheim Duck’s Ryan Getzlaf. Getzy may not be able to hold a hockey stick 🏒 like the famous hockey player, but he does love collecting normal sticks to play with and spending time with his family 🧡

City of Orange parks are a great place to walk your dogs, but please remember to keep control of your pup on a 6 ft leash 🐾 Dogs are welcome off leash inside the designated areas at Yorba Dog Park
