Coming in strong on day #2. It took me 10 long months to get past some baby blues and anxiety over leaving my baby…i finally broke free to get back to doing some things I like to do. They say your body will tell you when your ready. My oldest daughter showed me support and encourages me like I encourage her. The coaches has always given me that extra push forward that I need! 🙏🏼🙌🏼 P.S. my daughter took all of the action shot photos when I wasn’t looking. God I love her!

On this day I would like to honor my brother and all of his brothers and sisters that have helped and are helping protecting us and our freedoms. Always remember freedom is not free!

I still have a heavy heart over our brave soldiers that were lost in Afghanistan recently. It’s was such an unnecessary loss of life that I hope we will never witness again.

Happy Veteran’s day to all and I hope you feel special and appreciated on your day!
