Standing Watch for the Fallen at the National Law Enforcement Memorial: Honor guard teams take 15-minute shifts standing watch over the Memorial Wreaths used in the National Fraternal Order of Police National Peace Officer Memorial Service on May 15th to honor those peace officers who, through their courageous deeds, have lost their lives or have become disabled in the performance of duty.
