Day Four: No cabbage soup today. All I had earlier today was a small vegetable egg omelet; no cheese, oil, or butter and turkey sausage. Dinner was short and simple.

On the Menu:

Lemon and Garlic Butter Herb Salmon (small portion)

Sliced avocado with diced red onions, fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon, and a dash of Greek seasoning accompanied by tri-color petite bell peppers.

That's it! That's all!

Cautionary Note: when coming off of the cabbage soup diet or any limited fast, ease back into eating solid food very gently. Only fools rush in. If you know, you know 😉

Self-preservation is such a hard lesson to learn for me, but I am getting better. No one will care for YOU as much as you should care for yourself. Sometimes you have to put YOURSELF first.
I decree and declare that in 2023 "the lookout" will be different. With God's guidance and the leading of HIS will for my life.

I thought it would never have to come to this, but with a heavy heart I must announce that this Saturday 02 January 2021, we will be closing our doors! Yes, the business has picked up tremendously, but we were not able to raise the capital we needed by our dealine to stay in this location.

Unfortunately, we will be closing after nearly a year's worth of construction and only one year of being open with hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in this space. But God...

Please note that we are going to readjust our business to align with the current state of affairs this world is facing. Downsizing, Online, Ghost, Virtual, Takeout, Delivery...this is the new language that seems to be the direction of our future.
