Dear Patients, we are excited to welcome you back to our practice!

Our offices will reopen as of Thursday May 14. As always, your family’s safety and well-being are our priority. We have updated protocols to help maintain the safety and health of our patients, staff, and families as we welcome you back. The risk posed by COVID19 requires us to continue observing social distancing guidelines, and as such, we ask all exams, adjustments, and optical visits to be scheduled with our offices. All appointments will receive a detailed email about the updated procedures and screening process.

Dear Patients,

Our focus at Lake Nona Eye Care is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, patients and community.

The situation is changing rapidly, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we are following the CDC’s recommendation and postponing all eye exam visits.
In accordance with Orange County’s Stay-at-Home order, we will also temporarily close our opticals. If you are experiencing an eye related emergency please send Dr. Ward an email at [email protected].

While our staff is vigilant about following all CDC and AOA guidelines, we nonetheless wish to avoid risking the health of our most vulnerable patients with unnecessary exposure to others who may be contagious but asymptomatic. We believe it is our social responsibility to help end this global pandemic and thank everyone for your support and cooperation during this crisis.
