One of the Town Homes in the West Bay Cove community, managed by Ocean Blue Communities, located in Tampa FL had water intrusion issues with rainwater from the summer storms gaining access through the walls, windows, foundation etc. CSG was contracted to assess and correct the issues by sealing and waterproofing all points of entry.

Team CSG completed another suite clean out after a tenant moved out and “Vanilla Box” the suite for the next tenant to lease the space. Team CSG cleaned out the suite, cleaned the Restrooms, Break room, Wipe out cabinets/counters, Clean floors, Entrance check-in window, removed All cobwebs, Clean any windows related to office area and repaired a door. Team CSG completed stucco, stone and column repairs at Spring Commons. They were damaged and in need of repairs. The stones were loose and damage at the base of the columns. Team CSG completed Fiesta Key Homeowners Association wall repair. After a car accident, a car went through the wall. We repaired the stucco and foam wall. Repaired wall cracks with stucco and polyurethane. Painting all new stucco with Sherwin Williams super paint to match existing color.

Team CSG completed sign repair at Lake Frederica Shopping Center in Orlando. The project involved adding a screw to the Tow Away sign located near the pylon sign on the property.
