1: be careful with removing debris from home. Call tree removal experts.
2: watch for electrical lines they could be "live" and extremely dangerous.
3: take pictures of damage for insurance
4: do not have your roof replaced without pulling permits or checking contractor's license.
6: check for your contractor’s general liability and workers compensation insurance.
7. be very careful with hiring contractors out of state who do not have offices in our area.
7: preventative repairs after roof damage will help you with your insurance claim.
