Key Results:
• Reports to the store manager to support day-to-day safety, sales, profitability and operation of a GoMulch wholesale/retail landscaper depot location. Operates a JCB loader and a delivery truck, and will provide superior customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complies with the ALL4Zero Safety Program, establishing the vision of a zero-injury culture.

• This is a hands-on position. The Yard Employee will work both inside the store and outside in the yard to meet customer expectations.

• Performs daily Safety/PM checks to maintain equipment and machinery such as forklifts, bucket loaders, delivery trucks and office equipment.

• Responsible for the housekeeping/cleanliness of the store and yard to provide a safe, professional and positive shopping experience for customers.

• Interfaces with customers to fulfill orders in a helpful and professional manner.

• Assist the store manager in performing routine inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Able to operate bucket loader to move material from one location to another.

• Will make deliveries to customer locations.

Certificate, Licenses, Registrations:
• Valid Florida driver’s license

Physical Demands:
• The employee must have the capability to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
