We are excited to introduce our new Masters coach, Valentina Laverde!

Hi, I’m Valentina Laverde, the new head coach of the Masters Rowing Club! I’m thrilled to join this incredible community and work alongside dedicated rowers. My passion for rowing began the first time I picked up an oar in the seventh grade and has grown over the years, and I’m excited to bring that enthusiasm, and passion to the team. My goal is to develop a strong, supportive, and competitive program where every member can achieve their personal best. Together, we’ll focus on enhancing technique, building endurance, and fostering a culture of growth and camaraderie. Can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together!

Few pictures from Saturday’s practice! While we have had some rainy weather, the water days have been great!

Join us to kick off the fall rowing season! We will have grills going, beach volleyball, corn hole, swimming, and socializing. All are welcome - come learn more about the sport and meet the coaches & team. LBRA high school, middle school and masters (18+) teams will be present. Alumni rowers and families, pop by for a visit.

We hope to see everyone this Saturday!

We are both a competitive and social program welcoming all fitness and skill levels! Please contact us if you would like to try it out or join!
