Congrats to the Osseo Baseball team on the win. They will play tomorrow for the American Legion State Championship

Update time have changed due to inclement weather last night. Farmington Forest Lake will finish up their game at 10am.. the third place game will be after that and our best guest would be 2:3 PM the championship game but will update this as soon as we know

Osseo and Mankato playing the semi final game. if Osseo wins they will play in the final game for the state championship Sunday.

Many of you don’t know but one of the main reasons we wanted to host the tournament. Was to honor one of our members commitment to the American legion, The American legion Baseball association and his love for baseball. Past 3 time Post Commander Earl Buchan . Unfortunately Comannder Buchan Rendered his Final salute last December.

To Honor our Past Commander Buchan his Daughter and family will be throwing out the first pitch tomorrow morning at Gleason Field at 10am. 18815 67th Ave N, Maple Grove, MN 55311. To honor our past commander and enjoy a great ball Game

Just a reminder, the post will be closed for the Minnesota State baseball tournament banquet that will be held at the post tonight. Both sides of the building will be full of baseball players, coaches teams, etc..

We will return to the normally scheduled program Thursday morning 11 AM

On Wednesday the post will be closing early at 3pm. We will be hosting the 2024 Minnesota State Legion Baseball tournamnet banquet. The banquet will fill the entire building with all of the baseball teams. We will open Thursday morning back to normal hours. Thank you all for understanding.

Today our MN Girls and Boys Nation Senators met with Minnesota Senators, Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith

Boys and Girls State Minnesota instills civics in students who create a government in a week Boys State and Girls State are separate, weeklong programs run by the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary, respectively and they are a crash course on the inner workings of government.

Our post women’s Auxiliary unit is ready to serve up some pancakes this morning. 8-noon at the legion hall

We are all set for todays super bingo event. All the tables are set and the doors are open.

For this event we have expanded the seating throughout the whole building so you can sit in the bar.

Also for parking the frontage road in front of the gym and liquor store is recommended if the lot is full.

Lastly for today’s event, if you choose or would like to not take the cash option, the JC have two yeti coolers of equal value that you could take instead of the cash. They will make an announcement when everybody’s here and when they start.

Today we have Meat Spin at 2 and Mega Jackpot Bingo at 4! We will have a Limited food menu starting at Noon, with a Taco Basket Special and Drink Specials!
