Chi Yun has taught and studied Hatha Yoga for almost 10 years now. Due to a life threatening illness, Chi discovered that yoga was a gateway into reclaiming her body and life.

Her focus is to create dynamic movements for strengthening stability and neurosomatic releases for deeper levels of healing to occur. She incorporates person centered thinking to support each individual person with their specific needs, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Chi Yun has experience supporting people with disabilities and making yoga accessible to everyone. To Chi, yoga is a practical and spiritual tool that has the possibility to safely navigate anyone's inner terrain.
Her intention is to help you cultivate compassionate self awareness and build a healthy neuro-pattern with integrative healing through a fun and conscious-based practice.
