Wow are the only words that come to mind when I came to Cucinella's and this was waiting at the door for me!
As many of you know I have put so much into this little pizzeria, it is not just a job for me but part of my dream.. As a small buisness owner I truly spend way more time at the Pizzeria than home. I've missed countless weddings, birthdays, celebrations and unfortunately funerals as well.
It brings me so much joy to see this hard work pay off. I truly can't thank you all enough for this! I am so blessed to have the support from the community that I do. Cucinella's Brick Oven Pizzeria Oviedo Florida made it to the Best Of Florida! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't do any of this without all of you!

This is just a reminder that on Friday's we now open at 4pm instead of 3pm. We have received some backlash because of this and I wanted to explain the reason as to why. My son is 10 years old and this year he goes to a new school that has different hours. I am the only one able to pick my son up due to having no family here (they are in Italy) and with my employees being in high school they are also just finishing up school and trying to get here. Please realize this wasn't a easy decision seeing as we are loosing an hour of business.

Hello everyone! We're back in Florida! We were planning on reopening today (Friday June 14th) with limited hours, but unfortunately our plane got delayed in Italy while coming back and then Miami had some bad weather when we returned. Due to this I was unable to go to Cucinella's to start the prep for the service today.
So today we will be closed so I can spend the day to fully restock and prepare for regular service tomorrow (Saturday June 15th)

This pizza is with a Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Base, a Splash of our Homemade Marinara sauce (different than our regular pizza sauce) topped with Slices of Fresh Mozzarella, drizzled with Pesto and topped with Fresh Basil and Shaved Parmesan!

Last night one of my lovely customers came in with his family and his daughter brought me this beautiful picture! Not only did she get the brand of cheese we use correctly, but she also wrote me a sweet message in Italian ❤️ this is now my favorite picture hanging up at Cucinella's 🇮🇹🍕🥰

Did you know our Chicken Parm Sub is made fresh for every order? Freshly breaded and baked Chicken, Homemade Marinara Sauce topped with Mozzarella Cheese and toasted in the oven. 🤤🥪

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Sunday with your families. I just wanted to share something I was thinking about today.. I picked up my son from school and decided to stop at Publix to get some bread to make a quick sandwich for lunch ( I finished my homemade bread yesterday)😅 after getting the bread and going home I realized the bread is not only full of a bunch of ingredients I can't even pronounce but it also contains a BIOENGINEERED food ingredient. I'm shocked. Just do a quick Google search of what bioengineered food does to your body.
My homemade bread pictured on the right may not last as long as the store bought bread but I can promise you I can list all the ingredients on ONE hand. Let's start caring about what we put into our bodies, and at Cucinella's we truly do care! 🥖

I feel that after last night's service there are some things I need to address.. first of all besides my wife and I, every single employee we have are just teenagers. Whenever they are telling you a time they are just telling you what they are told. So please treat them with the same respect you'd want your kids to be treated with.
We are having the reaccuring issues on the weekends where around 5pm all of the orders start flooding in at once, so the wait time can get long. Whenever the cashier is quoting the time we have been having people get really upset with us. We understand if you dont want to wait that long but its about the response we are receiving..its not that I want your pizza to take two hours. I know that's a really long time to ask someone to wait. The thing is that I make every ticket as they come in.
It's not that we're backed up, it's the point that every ticket that comes in is a pizza order, so all of the orders must go in the pizza oven. Therefore the oven gets full quickly.
The only way I could possibly drop the wait is by premaking the pizzas, but if i start to do that the quality of the pizza would diminish extremely. I am proud of my pizza and the quality ingredients that I use and I dont want to serve you anything that's been pre-made.
I will say again that we do accept scheduled orders so if you know you want us for dinner call us before we get busy to get your spot saved.
I'm just asking you all to please be kind to my staff and I. We all really do the best we can especially on the weekends. If you do order from us on the weekends and accept the quoted time thank you for bearing with us and being so understanding. I value each and every one of you.
