Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country.

We are excited to let you know that we are open today and, starting this week, we will be open 7 days a week to satisfy all your pizza cravings!

The Dough Father has finally arrived. My dad is officially here to stay, and we couldn’t be more relieved to have his expertise in our kitchen. It’s like having an older, more experienced version of me in the shop. We’ll give him a couple of weeks to acclimate to our system, and then we’ll start showcasing his skills. People have been asking about rice balls, specialty items, and more specialty dishes—well, get ready, because this is the man we’ve all been waiting for. He’s taught us so much about the food you all love, and I couldn’t be more excited. Things just got a whole lot better for Dough Boyz Pizzeria!

Yesterday, something amazing happened. I've been asking my family to dig up any pictures they might have of my grandfather and uncles at our pizzerias over the years.

Well, yesterday, my cousin sent me a gem: a photo of my grandfather Pasquale tossing a pizza with my uncle Johnny in the background. That's already pretty cool, but what's even cooler is that this picture was taken in the exact same spot as a photo of me as a baby making a pizza.

Some of my earliest memories are of this pizzeria with my father and grandfather. It's incredible to think about the deep history and heritage woven into our pizza story. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to carry on a legacy that began so many years ago with an immigrant's dream of creating a better life for his family.

Without Nonno Pasquale, none of this would be possible. I just wish he could see this moment right now. ❤️🍕

What an honor. God is so good. Not even open a full year and we’ve become the kids choice for best pizza in Seminole county. We’re incredibly grateful to every one who voted for us. This is just the beginning!!!!

Once again we’ve run out of dough at Dough Boyz.

I even bought more trays a couple weeks ago so we could be prepared for any surge in business.

Social media has continued to be such a blessing for our business. With people driving from all over the state to check out and try our food.

Shout out to the couple from Jacksonville. Shout out to the guy from Ft. Lauderdale who drove up here solo just for a couple slices. Shoutout to all the people from Tampa taking the trip on Saturdays for our “Brooklyn” pizza. You’re all so appreciated.

Today was a whirlwind and our customers are so understanding and patient with us. We had 2 pizza guys with over 30 years experience each going as hard as we could in the pizza station. Doing our best to keep up with all the orders.

God is so good, and we’re feeling so blessed right now. To anyone who came in after we ran out of dough. We’re so sorry. Tomorrow is a new day and we’re putting in the extra hours tonight and early tomorrow morning to restock everything you guys are loving so much. ❤️❤️❤️
