We enjoyed stopping by to support Oxford Community Market this afternoon before we make our way to Zaxby’s for our community night this evening from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We enjoyed attending the annual meeting for the American Red Cross of Mississippi - North Mississippi Chapter. The American Red Cross has been a long-time partner of our local United Way and we appreciate the positive impact the agency makes in our community as well as so many others throughout north Mississippi.

It’s and we want to once again recognize our inaugural Flashback King, Bradley Roberson, and Flashback Queen, Andie Sanford! Both raised more than $3,000 through their campaigns and helped our court raise almost $13,800.

Congratulations, Bradley and Andie, as we are grateful to have you as valued members of our local United Way team along with our other eight incredible court members! Thank you all for helping us flash back for our community’s future. We appreciate you!

It’s and we are flashing back to last Saturday night as the 2024 United Way Flashback Bash raised more than $77,700 in monetary contributions! Thank you to every single person who helped make this year our biggest as well as best Bash yet! We are so grateful for you and look forward to making 2025 even bigger and better as we seek to assist even more of our neighbors in need.

We had a table at LOFT’s Night for Nonprofits Tuesday night and enjoyed seeing one of our amazing board members, Jeff Sutton, from Regions Bank. We welcome the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the 25 local programs and initiatives we will help fund this fiscal year as we annually invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to advance education, improve health, meet basic needs, and promote financial stability throughout Oxford and Lafayette County.

Not everyone made their way inside Oxford PhotoBomb’s booth Saturday night, but we thought we would post photos of those who did as we are grateful for the 35 exceptional professionals and people who selflessly give of themselves for the betterment of Oxford and Lafayette County. We appreciate their dedicated service and outstanding leadership as our organization works hand in hand with our phenomenal supporters and partners to help our many neighbors in need.

We had an absolute blast flashing back for our community’s future Saturday night as we raised more than $77,200 in monetary contributions in conjunction with the 2024 United Way Flashback Bash, presented by CoreLogic!

Thank you to every single sponsor, donor, court member, board member, bidder, and attendee as your generous support will assist our local United Way as we continue to advance education, improve health, meet basic needs, and promote financial stability throughout Oxford and Lafayette County.

You are all awesome!

We also appreciate the assistance provided by Charlette Pettis, John Daniel Bennett, Meredith Carlson Fleming, Allison Dragoo, and Sydney Johnson Glenn from this year’s Leadership Lafayette class as they selected the Flashback Court as their community service project.

We are grateful to our more than 80 sponsors this year that contributed more than $75,000 in monetary and in-kind contributions as you made 2024 our biggest as well as best Bash yet! You are all phenomenal and we look forward to continuing to recognize your tremendous support, partnership, and friendship as we highlight our sponsors in the coming days as well as weeks.
