Chef Albert sources his cocoa beans from the Philippines, so we love to try to spotlight some of their countries well-loved specialties when we can! Balut is a Filipino delicacy consisting of a fertilized duck egg incubated for a period of time before cooking.
Try our take on Balut with this four piece pack of milk chocolate hollow eggs. Don’t worry - the only duck inside of these chocolate eggs is a sweet candy duck!🐣
