Hey friends, just a reminder that nominations for your favorite local businesses ends this Friday, November 17th at 2pm. If you have not yet participated, do so now at https://s.surveyplanet.com/o89pe52q. All businesses in Nye County are eligible to be nominated, they do NOT need to be a member of the Chamber and it is free to participate!

The top five business nominees receiving the most votes in each category will move onto the final ballot. Voting on the finalists will begin November 30th and end December 29th.

We are now accepting Angel Tree Christmas Assistance program applications! The program will provide families with toys for children from 0 to 17.

The Southwest Braces for Record-Breaking Heat The National Weather Service forecast 45 record-high temperatures across the country, mostly in the Southwest, ahead of the weekend.

Last month we saw a massive increase in families needing food assistance here! Our food pantry is open twice weekly and accepts canned and non-perishable food donations.

Don't forget to stop by this Friday, the 14th, if you're in need of diapers and wipes, thanks to Baby's Bounty ❤️

About the collab: We partnered with the Salvation Army of Southern Nevada to host an art workshop inspired by the quote, "They tried to bury us. They didn't know we were seeds." All the beautiful flowers you see in this artwork were painted by human trafficking survivors in Salvation Army's SEEDS of Hope program and 50% of the profits will go back to support the impactful SEEDS of Hope program!
