Exciting news! We have a new Doctor in the office. Meet Dr. Vincent!
Dr. Vincent is a Board-Certified Chiropractor, having graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida campus). Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, he earned a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico. With a background in sports, general fitness, and wellness, Vincent served as a fitness coach before discovering his passion for helping others. Inspired by his coaching experience, Vincent decided to further his education and pursue a career as a Chiropractor. Combining this newfound knowledge with his background in active care, he now confidently serves others with an expanded set of tools. Outside of work, Dr. Vincent enjoys the gym, reading, the beach, and cherishes time spent with his family.

He is originally from Palm Beach County where he attended Florida Atlantic University where he played baseball and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He went on to later graduate from Palmer Chiropractic College, Florida campus. Dr. Brandon enjoys sports, outdoor actives, and spending time with his family including his wife Haley and dog Daisy. He also enjoys treating people who are active and want to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Dr. Brandon appreciates that high quality care starts with listening and understanding each patient and their complaints. With his sports and exercise background, Dr. Brandon has the knowledge and ability to assess and treat a variety of sports and musculoskeletal conditions.

Banded deadlifts can be used a variety of way in the training program. Here I’m using them to drive a strong lockout. By anchoring the band under the feet I find the feedback helps with leg drive during the lift. Feels good to be back lifting some weights.

Do you run? Have hopes of running in the future? Give these
✨Glute Bridge Marching✨
we like to use this exercise as an indicator of proper hip stability required for running. They seem simple enough, but when done correctly will be very challenging.
The set-up:
- On your back, bring the heels close to your bottom
- Take your diaphragmatic breath in and exhale setting tension in your core (remember to keep breathing through the move keeping the Intra abdominal pressure)
- Lift your hips off the floor
- Knees should track over toes
- Engage your glutes
From here you’ll march. Lift one leg at a time and see what your hips do.
If your hips drop, shift, you have pain or discomfort in this, we suggest you be assessed to identify your imbalances. ::Swipe to see what we don’t want this exercise to look like::
Instability in this movement means our hips aren’t strong enough to properly support the body weight above it and places unwanted stress on the spine, hips, knees, ankles and hips.
Reminder: it’s not what you do... it’s how you do it!
The sandbag is a versatile tool for any gym. It’s a great way to add some variety into upper body pressing patterns. The unstable nature of the sand requires a little more dynamic stability from the shoulder and the adduction of the arms to prevent the sand bag from slipping adds a unique recruitment from the pecs.
