I used to flip my pillowcase over twice so that I could sleep on a “clean” surface every night. That is to say, I laundered my pillowcases every other night. A significant amount of money and time wasted, and the least environmentally friendly choice.

The discovery of silver’s antibacterial properties brought about a great deal of peace, but it also eliminated the control and sense of panic that came with always keeping up with and sleeping on a newly washed surface.

It’s not a great way to live, and if anything it only created more stress that negatively impacted my acne even more. So, take it from me and invest in a clean sleeping surface for your skin. Your peace of mind is worth everything (yes, even pure silver in your bedding).
