Taking small steps is often a much easier way to get to our destination.
It allows for stronger consistency, it’s much easier to re-start if we slide back a few steps, and allows us to sustain our energy better.

This is especially true for Highly Sensitives - of which I am one. And it’s who my clients tend to be.

This lesson was alife changer for me.

Wowwww, can’t believe it’s been 3 years already since I went to Cuba - and at the same time it feels like - I can’t believe it’s ONLY 3 years ago.

Such a powerful, challenging and deeply healing journey this was for me on sooo many levels.

I even reclaimed parts of my soul that had been hidden to protect me. This was a journey toward my greatest fear which I faced with fear and faith, side by side, and I survived.

I survived.

I faced the darkness.
And. I. Survived.

I fell in love with the people and the culture - a culture where women and the elderly are revered, honored and deeply respected - in spite of the political oppression.

An interesting irony for sure. 🤔

And one that has absolutely impacted how I view all that is happening in the world today.

Though my eyes are WIDE OPEN, so still is my heart.

I love you whoever you are and whatever you believe. Period.

Thank you beautiful Cuba for the powerful lessons I still carry in my heart and soul today. And for the beautiful souls I shared this time with. I cherish all of it.
