Owner, Florence Delgado, had the pleasure of riding in a 1958 Nash Metropolitan for the parade and festivities 🎉

We are pleased to announce that this February marks our 65th year serving the Coachella valley with the same recipes Mary and Florencio “Del” Delgado introduced in 1958. Our passion has always been rooted in providing authentic dishes and quality ingredients as well as exemplary service to our community who we consider family. We’re grateful to be celebrating our anniversary with those who have loved and supported us in the last 6+ decades!
