Hi everyone….thanks to your continued support through the years, Jose, Angel’s oldest son, has been able to study Mechanical Engineering at cal State Fullerton. He is almost finishing up his studies and as his final project, his club is building a car to race at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn Michigan. He is member of this years Cal State Fullerton’s, FSAE Titan Racing formula team and they are fundraising money to cover travel costs for the event as well as purchase new safety gear like helmets and race suits. This fundraising will allow the students to not dip into the budget for their race car. The competition will be held in May of 2024. Jose would greatly appreciate any donation or even just a “Share” to get the word out. Many thanks for your time! ☺️

We wanted to let everyone know that this week will be our last week open before we go on our summer break.

Saturday, July 30th will be our last day open and we will remain closed from July 31st to August 31st.

We will reopen for business on Thursday, September 1st, just in time for the Labor Day holiday.

On Thursday evening, January 13, 2022, we were made aware of a COVID exposure with one of our family members. As a precaution to the rest of our employees and to our patrons and customers, we will be temporarily closed until Wednesday, January 19th. We will reopen Thursday, January 20th. I hope everyone had a wonderful month. We are ready to open our doors to you tomorrow morning, September 1st at 11 AM.

Please keep in mind that we have to ask for vaccination status if you will be dining with us. We also ask that you wear your mask regardless of vaccination status.

We want to continue keeping everyone safe and we want to make sure our Palm Springs community can continue to enjoy everything we have to offer in a safe environment.

I just wanted to remind you of our plans for the month of August. We will be closing August 1st through August 31st and will be reopening Wednesday September 1st.

Please keep in mind that we may sell out of your favorite dishes the closer we get to July 31st so stop by and don’t miss out!

Once again, we want to thank you for your continued support. We truly could not have pulled though this pandemic without every single one of you. Please continue to stay safe and we will see you in September!

As we near a pre-pandemic normal, please keep in mind that COVID-19 is still around.

If you are not vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask in our restaurant to protect the people around you who are vulnerable to the effects of the virus. We have a team member who is a part of this vulnerable group of people, as well as many of our wonderful patrons.

If you are vaccinated, thank you for becoming a part of the solution by helping to stop the spread. Masks will no longer be required for you in our restaurant.

As long as we respect one another and help with the wellbeing of our wonderful Coachella valley community, we can return to normal again!
