It's our last concert of the year, and the Gunn Choirs are sounding fantastic! Come join us!
It was a great weekend in New York for the Gunn Concert Choir at the Worldstrides Heritage Festival at Riverside Church. Gold ratings for all three choirs, plus the Concert Choir had the highest score of all choirs at the festival, won the Choral Sweepstakes and received an Adjudicator's Award for scoring higher than 95. Special soloists awards went to Milcah Morrison and Emily Patterson for their outstanding solo work on Hlohonolofatsa. This video is Where Your Barefoot Walks by David N. Childs. Congratulations to all the students, and a huge shout out to the wonderful parent chaperones who worked around the clock for four days to help make this happen for our students. Now wish us luck as we survive the Newark Airport!

The King of England is off to Scotland to bring those wild Scottish rebels into line. But the Scots, led by the immortal William the Braveheart Wallace, are going to give the Kind a fight he’ll never forget. It’s a musical standoff between the forces of King Edward’s Gilbert and Sullivan singing troops and Braveheart’s secret weapon: town music! Follow us through the glens and into the fog of Brigadoon, where the battle of the clans begins!
Featuring the Award-Winning Gunn High School Choirs, singers from JLS and Fletcher Middle Schools and Dozens of your favorite Gunn Staff! The show is a fundraiser, providing scholarship assistance so that all students can participate in the upcoming Choir Festival in New York City.

The Gunn Choir is raising money for our choir trip to New York City in May 2020, where we will perform at a Choir Festival in Riverside Church along with choirs from around the country. This fundraiser makes it possible for every singer to go on the tour, regardless of means, and we are asking for your help to raise $20,000 to make it happen. Thank you for your generosity!
