Talent & intelligence are universal; resources & opportunities are not. TPS equips students with the necessary skills to aid them in applying to college.
Founded in 2009, The Phoenix Scholars is a student-run, Stanford-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which provides pro bono college counseling services to low income, first generation, and minority high school seniors in the state of California. The program pairs these seniors (scholars) with Stanford and Berkeley undergraduate mentors, who help them apply to college, prepare for standardized
