I have had debilitating pain in my low back since I was a teenager. At times I’ve been flat on my back for weeks.
Through yoga & years of experimenting with movement I have found a way to keep myself strong & out of pain🙌🙏

Starting to ramp up my yoga practice from mainly restorative & gentle practice to more flow, strength, & endurance.
So grateful I’ve been able to slowly allow my body, mind, & spirit to re-member over the past couple months.

Last couple months have been all about big shifts & moves! It’s been very emotional, exhausting, challenging, frustrating, confusing, and at the same time beautiful, fulfilling, amazing, clarifying & positive.

Closing the studio, selling the house, becoming single, moving twice & another coming soon has all but stripped me of what I thought was my identity. I’ve been through the most difficult & stressful life changes all at the same time!!
Can you imagine the number of times all I could muster was the fetal position?! Geez!

So I just wanted to reach out to my yoga community and say “I’m here”.
I’m focused on my own strength & resilience right now, soaking up as much Prana as possible so I can be of service to myself, my family, and my community. ✨☀️🧡

I sat to meditate amongst the chaos of moving parts of life. This card was pushed off the top of the deck just waiting for me. I’m here to encourage you all to reflect on your dreams for yourself.
