RECOMMENDED: Please have only a light meal, possibly 2 hours before the session, and wear comfortable clothes to allow for some gentle moves (gym gear would be ideal).

LIMITATIONS:

Breathwork is a SAFE practice and yet has the potential to bring about intense feelings. And because of the physical and emotional releases that may arise, it is not recommended for some people:

-Not recommended during pregnancy (this breathing technique is very different from the Lamaze method).

-Not recommended if you have a history of cardiovascular disease/heart attack, severe mental illness/seizure disorders, or had a recent injury or surgery. (Talk to your doctor for the best recommendation about practicing Breathwork).
