No filter needed on this newly remodeled master bathroom with dry sauna in Park City, Ut. HomeStyle was hired to help design the “spa” vision for this savvy client who self-contracted the project! Not an easy task these days, but it turned out stunning!

2021 @ Las Vegas Market

Still a favorite Old Town remodel. I've now forgotten which lift this chair came off of, but it was a PCMR chair. The art on the reclaimed wall was done by a local artist as well.

We love working with the many talented builders in the Park City area. Collaborating on the details is what really brings home the dynamic designs. This open stairway was created by Papineau Builders.

Picture perfect wallpaper treatment. Luckily these bare-branch, snowy days are almost behind us here in Park City.

We took this dated rock fireplace and made it look modern. The client did not want to lose their original wood-burning fireplace, so we worked around it with help from PARK CITY IRON MAN. Still needs some artwork above!

This picture really tells the story of how much we opened up this home. Can you imagine going from the two tiny windows to having two sliding glass doors, a deck off of two bedrooms and multiple other windows? The view is amazing!

We added a stairway going up through the middle of the home so there would be garage access.

This before/after is easy to see!

Another "before" and "after" that are hard to follow! We moved the fireplace onto this feature wall to better open up the living room.

Deer Valley remodel. It's difficult to recognize this transformation from "before" to "after". We moved walls, we moved stairs, we moved ceilings and we put beautiful windows in where there was once no view at all.

This new remodel in Park Meadows is just waiting for it's furniture. Look at that view😍.

One step at a time - or maybe it’s two steps forward and one step back these days?

Bathroom art and decor can be a bit tricky. 2nd homes in a ski town give us a unique opportunity to have some fun with whimsical choices.

We added some interest to this modern farmhouse home office with a reclaimed wood wall treatment in a white-wash finish. The owner eventually added the artwork that this photo is missing, and it turned out beautifully!

We love how the exterior stone transitions into the interior in this recent modern project in Park Meadows. The railing and polished concrete isn't too shabby either!

More pics from the log home furniture project. Our client was anxious to get this rental ready for Sundance. We were put on a tight time-line as well as a tight budget. We accomplished both goals and everyone was very excited with the final results. This bedroom is a perfect example of how we love to mix modern and rustic styles. What are your thoughts?

It's March 25th and there's a fresh, deep blanket of snow on the mountains of Park City. As the chunky flakes continue to fall, it seems like a good day to share the cozy living room space of a recent log home restoration and furniture project. We know the powder-hounds out there are tearing up a bit that our resorts are not open, but we hope you can all hunker-down in your own cozy space and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Light that fire, light a candle, grab a blanket and that book you've been meaning to read or play a board game that's been collecting dust. Have a hygge day!
