Meet Jaime!
As Operations Manager Jaime oversees the running of the studio. Serving as a bridge between outside partners and the internal team. Jaime leads Natural Instincts in all things planning, processing, and workflow. With a passion for people, she has been an integral part of the internal and external success of the studio. By utilizing her construction background, she has a unique perspective that has allowed her to curate our collaborative process, always advocating for the support of the entire team. Jaime is able to ensure all outside partners and vendors who work with us always feel heard and taken care of.

Running on solar power Jaime prefers Utah’s summer seasons. She has a great love of the mountains and diversity of nature Utah offers. In her spare time you can find Jaime perfecting the art of work/life balance enjoying camping, hiking, riding and exploring with her family and two dogs Oakley and D’jango.
