Advanced Automotive Service was started in 1996 by Lance and Jody Barnum as a two bay facility with the main goal of providing quality and honest service and repair on domestic and foreign vehicles.

We did a little suspension and steering update to this 1955 GMC. We removed the solid front axle and installed a independent front suspension system with power steering and tilt column. Couldn't leave out the rear. We installed a four link system and all four corners received adjustable coil overs. We also updated the brake system with front disc and power assist. Moved the brake master cylinder from under the floor to a firewall mount with a 7" brake booster. Fabricated all new brake lines. Installed a new aluminum radiator and it's ready for some road time. This was a fun project for one of our great customers.
