We offer 50-minute boot camp sessions that are designed for all fitness levels! BLUSHยฎ Boot Camp opened in October of 2018.
Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. Ultimately, our goal is to make women stronger mentally and physically. We strive to foster a sense of community and create a space where members can enjoy themselves while working
We're looking for 20 ladies ๐ข who are looking for accountability, need a jumpstart or change and all of this can be earned...for FREE!
Why? Simple - We are looking to market our facility and use the testimonials from this program to get more clients AND because when we have done these trials in the past, most women stay on afterward to become members because not only do they love it here, they love the results that they received. "I walked into Blush on 3/21/23 with one goal. I just wanted to shed about 10 pounds and get back down to a size 8. Iโd had an ACL repair and had packed on the weight.
