This escrow was definitely different than the rest! My past clients who had bought multiple properties with me, were looking to expand their real estate portfolio and we knew considering the price and of course the location and the school district , this would be a great property to sn**ch! The house was in a Trust and it was requiring court confirmation and it was subject to over bidding. It was a lengthy process to go through the court system at the Los Angeles Superior Court to receive the judge's approval and two months of appeal period. Finally, the big day is here and we closed and my buyers got the key. Woohoo! It was an amazing collaboration with the listing side, Principle's attorneys, the title company , the escrow company and 6 months of perseverance by the buyers. We closed! So happy for my clients and can not wait to see the final result after they are done with the remodeling.

Are Home Prices Still Forecasted to Appreciate?

CoreLogic released their Home Price Index report for October, showing that home prices declined by 0.1% from September, but they were 10.1% higher when compared to October of last year. This annual reading declined from 11.4% in September but is still solid. More importantly, CoreLogic forecasts that home prices will remain flat in November and rise 4.1% in the year going forward, an increase from 3.9% in the previous report.
