If you’re a fan of hearty sandwiches, then you’ve likely encountered the Italian hot beef sandwich. Adding our version to the Fiore menu gives us an opportunity to bring a bite of Chicago to South Pasadena!

The Fiore Italian hot beef sandwich features thinly sliced roast beef, slow cooked to perfection and served hot. The beef is generously piled onto an Italian roll - we use the legendary Amoroso’s - served with a delicious side of gravy for dipping, enhancing the flavor of the sandwich.

One of the defining characteristics of the Italian hot beef sandwich is its rich, savory taste. The roast beef, seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs and the gravy add depth and richness. We top this gem with a spicy giardiniera for some extra kick making this an amazing sandwich experiance.

We almost feared having to say goodbye our beloved tempeh 🌿✨

After our supplier dropped the product we substituted tofu (same marinade recipe) as we searched high and low for a new distributor.

Exciting News - we’ve found a new tempeh source and can’t wait to bring back your favorite plant-based protein very soon! It’s a new product so please be patient and we test things out.

Greetings to all who signed up for the November Fiore Bread Baking Event AND all future bakers! 👩🏼‍🍳

We’re excited to gather on this upcoming Wednesday evening to demonstrate our bread baking techniques and provide a HANDS ON experiance of the process.

The class will start at 6pm sharp. Please arrive on time to allow for your dough to proof and bake. We will have a beautiful grazing spread, butter boards, wine, mocktails and music to enjoy througout the night.

There is some rain in the forcast for that day and we are prepared with a glorious tent and heaters because the show must always go on! 😍

What a great day for a Piccolo Grilled Veggie 🙌💚

Did you know the PGV is our most popular piccolo?

They started out as small bites but have now evolved into footlong sandwiches with hearty amounts of ingredients. Stuffed with grilled eggplant and zucchini, burrata cheese, basil-walnut pesto, roasted red peppers, and olive oil and served on our homemade baguette - it’s always going to be a great experiance.

I’ve been making lots of focaccia lately. It usually doesn’t get past San Marino Cafe but I’m committed to bringint it through Fiore next week. What other items would you like to see at Fiore? I know those Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes are deeply missed. Their come back is in the works! 🧁🍫

As a restaurant owner I struggled with delivery app companies over the years. They basically exploited all of us, taking the margins that were already razor thin and leaving us wondering why we would ever sign up with them.

However, I’m here to change my tune…a bit.

recently stepped up for restaurants and is stepping up for , partnering with us to make the delivery app solution a good one.

I’ve decided to work with them to create accessibility and further the Fiore Market Cafe reach for those who might not be able to make it over to us.
