Erica is our newest addition to our team! Erica is such a fun and sweet spirit and she just has the BEST energy! ⭐️ Outside of work, Erica plays roller derby 🛼, teaches yoga 🧘‍♀️, and she loves to sleep! 😴 She went to school for Art and she sings opera, does theater, and paints! 🎨

Rise and Grind everyone! Happy Monday and Happy Earth Day 🌎!!! As you guys know most of our packaging are paper products (bags, to go containers, etc.) Some ways you can help our earth and being sustainable at the cafe are:

• getting your drinks in glass cups or mugs when you dine in at the cafe ☕️
• byoc!! some of our neighborhood friends often bring their own cups for us to put their fresh coffee in! ☺️
• not using a straw if you don’t need to 🤍

Meet Ray! Ray has been working at Cordova Cafe for almost a year now. His favorite drink is a Hibiscus Iced Tea with oat milk! 😋 Ray is going to school to become President one day so BE ON THE LOOK OUT!

When Ray is not making your ☕️ or studying, he enjoys watching movies. He is also a musician and has toured all over the country with his band! 🎶🎸😆

Meet Abby 🌟🩵🦋

Abby has been part of our Cordova family for over a year. Abby is going to school for nursing and we know she’s going to be the best of the best! 🤍

Her go to drink is our signature Monkey Paw Latte with a TWIST 😋 instead of vanilla syrup, Abby substitutes it for mocha syrup. She also recommends our Chicken Club sandwich. 🥪

When Abby isn’t working at the cafe or studying, she enjoys driving around, meditation, and spending quality time with those she loves. Next time you see Abby, say hey! 👋
