National Stress Awareness day!

Stress can be overwhelming, but it's important to remember that it's a normal part of life. It's how we manage the stress that makes all the difference.

By prioritizing self-care, engaging in stress-relieving activities, and seeking support when needed, we can better manage stress and promote overall well-being and balance. 🧡

Parents can play a key role in helping their child become more physically active.

Children who regularly see their parents enjoying sports and physical activity are more likely to do so themselves. Help them learn a new sport or another physical activity. Or just have fun together by going for a walk, hike, or bike ride! ⛹️‍♀️🚲
