The Lancer Cross Country team competed in the Grant Nunnally Invitational hosted by Woodcrest Christian on Saturday, September 14th. The varsity boys fought to stay in the thick of the race pushing themselves hard and in the end 5 set PRs. The girls varsity pushed hard resulting in 3 girls earning PRs. Our JV boys team earned a 3rd place overall in the team competition and every athlete earned a PR for the 3 mile distance. Finally our girls JV squad rounded out the amazing team performances by all setting PRs, and all coming in within the top 15 in their race. 7 athletes across 3 races earned medals for coming in top 20.
