Our Alves Lane Apartments project is currently wrapping up work on the 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as completing the roofing, floor walks, layout, and plating across all three buildings. Follow us to witness the transformation of yet another community.

Our latest project, Pointe Common in , , will be a 3-story housing complex that includes 65 units, including 29 one-, 19 two-, and 17 three-bedroom units.

We recently broke ground on this City Council unanimously-approved affordable housing development on city-owned land (W Commonwealth Ave). We are currently working on the site clearing, grubbing, and removal and recompacting to provide an engineer fill for the new foundations.

Residents of this apartment complex will enjoy spacious community areas, shaded picnic areas, a large children's play structure, dog park, and on-site managers who are there to provide residents with assistance whenever needed.
